Quality Testing & Certification

Since most of the production that we do is for special parts according to each customer’s unique specifications, drawing and testing requirements, so we take the quality assurance process very seriously.

A detailed technical study is already done at the time of enquiry and before quotation so that we are sure of what we are able to deliver in the end product. To further strengthen our processes we always provide our own drawing for each and every part and ask the customer’s technical teams to thoroughly check and approve them before we invest in tooling and die-block. Once the tools are ready we will usually send initial sample for approvals before the mass production starts – All this to ensure customer’s ultimate satisfaction.

We follow our agreed quality test procedures religiously to ensure the same quality each and every time. There are in-process controls to ensure reliability and a final inspection is carried out before shipment.

We provide full test reports like 3.1 B Certificate as per EN 10204.
